RDRFotografie.com cares a lot about your privacy. We only process data that we need for (improving) our services, and handle all information collected about you and your use of our services with care. Your data will not be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy statement applies to the use of the website and the services provided by RDRFotografie.com. The starting date for the validity of these conditions is April 19, 2024, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy statement describes what information about you is collected by us, what this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this data can be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data, how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide to us.

About our data processing

Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it, what security techniques we use and to whom the data is visible.

Customer portal software

Studiomanagement

We use a customer portal provided by Studiomanagement. Personal data collected when using our customer portal and services is shared with Studiomanagement. Studio management needs access to this data in order to provide (technical) support. They will not use this data for other purposes. Based on the agreement we have with them, Studiomanagement is obliged to take the necessary precautions and security measures when it comes to your personal data. We have taken the necessary precautions and security measures regarding your personal data, such as SSL encryption and a strong password policy.

Web hosting

Squarespace

We use web hosting provided by Squarespace. We use the services of Squarespace for our web hosting. Personal information collected when using our website and services is shared with Squarespace. Squarespace needs access to this data to provide (technical) support. They will not use this data for other purposes. Squarespace is obliged under the agreement we have with them to take the necessary precautions and security measures when it comes to your personal data.

Email and mailing lists

Apple

We use Apple's email services for our regular business email. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss or corruption of your data. Apple does not have access to our mailbox and we treat our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Mollie

We use the payment provider Mollie to conclude and process (part of) our payments in our online store. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details. They also process payment information such as your bank account number or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your personal (anonymized) data to further improve its services and to share it with third parties. All the aforementioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to all Mollie services that use third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than the periods permitted by the applicable legal grounds.

Accounting and bookkeeping

Studiomanagement

We use the services of Studiomanagement for our accounting and administration. We share your name, address, residence details and general information regarding your order/purchase. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored securely, Studiomanagement has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unauthorized use. Studiomanagement is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data accordingly. Studiomanagement does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

Other

Applying accreditation

When applying for accreditation, it is often necessary to indicate for whom the assignment is being carried out and what this assignment entails. We share your name, company name, email address and telephone number and details regarding the assignment with the agency where accreditation must be applied for. This is often the circuit in question, but sometimes also the organizer or a third party.

Purpose of data processing

General purpose of data processing

We only use your data to provide you with our services. This means that the purpose of processing this data is directly related to the assignment or task you offer us. We do not use this data for (targeted) marketing purposes. If you share information with us and we use this information to contact you at a later time - not on the basis of a request - we will first ask you for your explicit consent. Your data will not be passed on to third parties for any purpose other than compliance with accounting and administrative obligations. These third parties are all obliged to maintain confidentiality on the basis of the agreement we have with them, an oath or a legal obligation.

Automatically collected data

Information collected automatically by our website is processed for the sole purpose of providing you with our services and/or to further improve our services. This information (for example your IP address (anonymized), web browser and operating system) is not personal information.

Cooperation in tax and criminal investigations

In some cases, we may be required by the government to have a legal obligation to share your data in order to provide assistance in a tax or criminal investigation. In such cases we are obliged to respond and provide assistance, but we will object based on legal options.

Retention periods

We keep your data as long as you are a customer with us. This means that we maintain and store your customer profile until you let us know that you no longer wish to use our services. Such a message also acts as a request to be forgotten. We are obliged to keep invoices with your (personal) data due to relevant administrative obligations. This data is kept securely as long as the relevant period for these obligations has not yet expired. The staff no longer has access to your customer profile and all documents you have created in the context of your assignment or task.

Your rights

Under applicable Dutch and European law, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to personal data processed by or on behalf of us. Below you will find an explanation of these rights and how you, as a data subject, can invoke these rights. To prevent abuse, we only send invoices and copies of your data to e-mail addresses that you have provided to us. If you wish to receive this data at another e-mail address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself accordingly. We keep an administration of closed requests, in the event of a request to be forgotten we keep an administration of anonymized data. You will receive all invoices and copies of data in files structured in a machine-readable format, based on data classifications we use within our system. You always retain the right to file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority) if you suspect that we are unlawfully treating or misusing your personal data.

Right of access

You retain the right at all times to inspect the data processed by us that is or can be related to your person. You can request such access from our contact person responsible for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data via the email address known to us, with an added overview of the processors who manage this data, stating the categories under which we store this data.

Right to rectification

You retain the right at any time to have the data that we process and that is or can be associated with your person amended. You can request such an adjustment from our contact person responsible for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you confirmation that the data has been adjusted via the e-mail address known to us.

Right to restriction of processing

You retain the right at all times to limit the data that we process that is or may be related to your person. You may request such a restriction from our contact person responsible for privacy issues. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation via the email address known to us that the processing of your data is limited until you choose to cancel this restriction.

Right of transferability

You retain the right at all times to request that the data processed by us that is related to or traceable to your person be processed by a third party of your choice. You can address such a request to our contact person in charge of privacy issues. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you your (personal) invoices or copies of data that we, or third parties on our behalf, have processed via the e-mail address known to us. It is very likely that in such a case we can no longer offer our services to you because we can no longer guarantee the security of the previous data.

Right to object and other rights

You retain the right at all times to object to the processing of your personal data by us, or by third parties on our behalf. In the event of such an objection, we will immediately cease all processing of your data while your objection is investigated and processed. In the event of a justified objection, we will return all invoices and/or copies of personal data that we, or third parties on our behalf, have processed up to that point and then cease processing.
